We're looking for a driven SaaS Account Executive to scale the contractor side of our two-sided marketplace. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—onboarding contractors who want consistent work without competing in bidding wars. If you thrive in a product-led growth environment and love building relationships in early-stage SaaS, this is for you.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for contractor acquisition and subscription sales
Drive platform adoption through product demos, consultative selling, and relationship building
Prospect and close local contractors (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.) in target markets
Build and manage a pipeline using modern SaaS sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Collaborate with product and marketing on go-to-market strategies for contractor growth
Analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn) to optimize the sales funnel
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly ARR and contractor acquisition targets
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to SMBs or service professionals
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a high-growth environment
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
Consultative sales approach—you understand contractor pain points and tailor solutions
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build processes from scratch
Bonus: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or selling to trades/contractors
