We're seeking a strategic Marketing Manager with SaaS experience to scale our two-sided marketplace. You'll own marketing across both audiences—homeowners and contractors—developing data-driven campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. What You'll Do:
Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing strategies for a two-sided marketplace
Drive user acquisition for both homeowners (organic) and contractors (paid/organic)
Own content marketing, SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and email campaigns
Build marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
Analyze funnel metrics (CAC, conversion rates, user activation, retention) and optimize campaigns
Create compelling messaging that differentiates OneBid's transparent pricing model
Collaborate with sales and product teams on go-to-market strategies
Manage marketing budget and ROI across all channels
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of growth marketing experience in SaaS or marketplace businesses
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, activation rates)
Proven track record of driving measurable user growth through digital channels
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
Self-starter who can build marketing systems from scratch
Bonus: Experience marketing to SMBs or service professionals
